"A Mile of Road will Take You a Mile, But a Mile of Runway will Take You Anywhere."

Amber has more than 15 years' experience in journalism, but has recently made the switch to screenwriting and has been diving head first into the film industry. 

Her first short film, Staying Afloat, was optioned and produced in April 2023. This year, she also participated in her first 48-hour film competition. The film she wrote, Southernmost Consequences, will debut at the Key West Film Festival this November.
